People have been body shaming Demi Lovato for basically her entire career. This young star has been through so much in such a short period of time.

In 2016 she told Glamour, "If somebody calls me fat, even in a vulnerable moment, I laugh to myself and think, I'm doing everything I can, so there2019s nothing I can do about it. I don2019t have a six-pack. Maybe I don2019t even want a six-pack. It doesn2019t sound very appealing."
