After his father was murdered, he started to act out and was expelled from school in the 8th grade for bad behavior. It was no secret that he was emotionally disturbed and traumatized by his childhood.

He gave up on education and began to do odd jobs and even worked as a busboy to help his mother financially. But that wasn't going to be enough to support his mother, or himself.
