Sometimes Justin Roiland, the creator of Rick and Morty and the voice of both Rick and Morty, actually gets drunk when he needs to play a drunk Rick on the show.

Yup, Justin Roiland actually got paid to drink at work. "In episode 304, we need to see [Rick] get especially drunk, so I encouraged Justin to method act," explained Harmon. "I understand things got a little2026 creative." That's one way to put it. At one point, Justin called the show's production team "a bunch of screaming demons".
